Sonoma County Art Trails is a free, county-wide open studios tour showcasing 155 local, juried artists in 2025. This premier annual event invites art lovers to step inside the studios where creativity comes to life — connecting directly with artists in the spaces where they work.
Held every October, Art Trails offers a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of artistic styles and mediums. Many artists provide live demonstrations, and 100% of art sales go directly to the artists — a meaningful way to support the local art scene.
Behind the scenes, artists meet throughout the year to plan and organize the event. They volunteer their time to distribute catalogs, install signage, set up preview exhibitions, mentor new artists, and collaborate on community outreach — making Art Trails a true labor of love.
